CFD-15 SP4 Coated Bolt Carrier Group

Coated bolt carrier group (full auto version) (semi-auto also available) for AR15, M16, or M4 machined from Mil-Spec 8620 aircraft quality steel with shrouded firing pin and Mil-Spec chrome lined interior. CFD-15 BCG includes the proper chrome lined and heat treated gas key. Gas key is secured to carrier with Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked per Mil-Specs. This ensures a strong staking and proper gas system functioning. The bolt assembly is CNC machined from Mil-Spec Carpenter No. 158® steel and shot peened for increased strength per Mil-Spec; includes tool steel extractor with spring and viton O-ring; firing pin chromed finished with firing pin retaining pin and cam pin.

Just wanted to give you another quick review about how your BCG is holding up. I just hit 4,500 rounds with it yesterday on the range. Every single one of those rounds has been in temps ranging from 30° to -38°. I am extremely happy with how well it has performed in these conditions! Each one of those rounds has been with cheap wolf polyformance 55 grain, with only 2 light strikes and 1 failure to eject when I was running the gun super hard in sub -30° temps. This BCG has held up far better and outperformed all my other BCGs in these adverse conditions. Those include my KAC sand cutter, colt milspec and my larue NB for my predatobr. I have ran this thing dry, over lubed, over gassed, under gassed and everything in between. I have ran this BCG in the Mojave desert and in the arctic tundra of Alaska. I’m 100% convinced that this BCG is capable of being ran by the people who count on their equipment working absolutely every time they need it. I wholeheartedly endorse this product with not only my word, but with my life. If I can recommend one BCG for any professional that requires nothing but the best, weather that be our law enforcement officers or our service members, it would be yours without a doubt in my mind.
